COSVRY CONCEPTUAL INVESTMENT ORGANIZATION PLANNED - UPDATED 12/29/2014

This Proprietorship conceptual organization's structure will be established such that it will consist of distinct sections in, which four groups will be dedicated to the long-term operation and management of its (this Proprietorship's) primary assets, namely making available unique product(s) and services for well defined markets as opposed to other personnel/group staff that will be focusing on the management of the various business-related details.  
These developed plans for the business will be implemented at a later date to made known. As a result, the personnel/positions for each position depicted, including volunteer positions (VPs) described below, and the number of staff required for each position (shown in parentheses) as well as the exact duties/qualifications/skills are shown and filled consistent with the schedule to published appropriately. The positions in the new organization, will be as follows, consistent with the organizational chart as shown, (with summary descriptions included for selected positions):
  • Regional Manager - Cosvry Investments - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor.  
  • Product Coordinator/Technical Product Consultant  - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor.
  • Staff Assistant/Consultant - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor. 
  • Product Tester - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor. 
  • 1 General & 1 Tax Consultant - (2) - reporting to the Proprietor.
  • General Business Comptroller - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor, who as delegated, effectively ensures that the various day-to-day functions in need of managing are carried out in such a manner that results in smooth operations of the Proprietorship’s for the primary product investments under this individual’s area of responsibility, consistent with the expenditures range for this position.
  • General Manager - Cosvry Fine Wood Furnishings (CFWF) - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor.
  • Legal Business Analyst - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor.
  • General Manager - Cosvry Development - (1) - reporting to the Proprietor.
  • Managers - CFWF (Various Product Groupings ex. Living & Outdoor Area/ Bedroom/Dining/Office) - (4) - reporting to the General Manager - CFWF.
  • Staff Assistant/Consultant - CFWF - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - CFWF. 
  • Floor Designer - CFWF - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - CFWF.
  • Quality Consultant - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - CFWF. 
  • General Manager - Investment Products (IP) - (1) - reporting to the General Business Comptroller.
  • General Manager - Business Investments - (1) - reporting to the General Business Comptroller and is responsible for ensuring that all the  Proprietorship's applicable State and Federal Permits/Licenses required to carry out operations are complied with (such as would be required for the establishing of an operations center/complex from, which the primary product asset as well the business investments operations would be based) as well as other specifically applicable permits that would be essential for conducting operations relating to various types of product assets as well as for product and services pricing.
  • Legal Consultant - (1) - reporting to the General Business Comptroller.
  • General Office Assistant/Human Resources (HR) Consultant - (1) - reporting to the General Business Comptroller who generally provides assistance to all the Staff/Office consultants as appropriate while ensuring that all employee State and Federally required criteria are addressed (for typical examples of the type of responsibilities this individual is tasked with).
  • Technical investment Products Coordinator - (1) - reporting to the General Business Comptroller.
  • General Consultant - (1) - reporting to the General Business Comptroller.
    Manager - Business Investments - (1) - reporting to the General Manager -
    Business Investments who determines all the Proprietorship's investments are competitively priced for all its products and services in conjunction with the Manager - Product Business in addition to the Business Development Products Consultant.
  • Manager - Products Business - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - Business Investments.
  • Staff Consultant - Business Investments - (1)  - reporting to the General Manager -  Business Investments
  • Business Development Products Consultant - (1) - reporting to the Manager - Business Investments.
  • Production Manager - IP - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - Investment Products.
  • Sales Manager - IP - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - Investment Products.
  • Production Assistants - IP - (2) - reporting to the General Manager - Investment Products.
  • Technical Consultants - IP - (3) - reporting to the General Manager Investment  Products.
  • Sales Consultants  - IP - (3) - reporting to the General Manager Investment Products.
  • Volunteer Positions - (VPs) - this description encompasses the type of positions that will be part of the Proprietorship’s long-term mentoring program in, which students with promise, selected (based in part on staff members recommendations) gain valuable work experience in various aspects of the business operation, on a carefully limited rotating basis (in order to avoid impacting on the participants normal student course work load), while simultaneously working towards graduation; in the hope that the practical experience gained will be counted towards their overall requirements, whether at the high school or post high school level. It is expected that the program will be long-term in order to provide the individuals with a well-balanced background in preparation for entry into the workforce and as such the positions selected from among the overall staff envisioned are shown in the above organizational chart as reflected by the (VP) description.
  • Sales Consultants - (9) - reporting to the Managers of the various CFWF product sections.
  • Personal Assistant/Consultant - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - Cosvry Development.
  • General Residential Development Consultant - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - Cosvry Development.
  • General Commercial/industrial Coordinator - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - Cosvry Development.
  • Project Planner - (1) - reporting to the General Manager - Cosvry Development.
  • Consultants - Cosvry Development - (x) - reporting to the General Manager - Cosvry Development, which includes the CFWF Product Consultants & Detailers.
  • Task Consultants - (x) - reporting to the General Consultant.

  2. The official start date previously mentioned is for administrative purposes ONLY regarding the formal submission/application for the State permit needed as shown above. The dates for actual operational start-up/hiring of personnel will be made known appropriately.
